Ephesians ch 4; ver. 11/16;
We find here a great transition from one age to another as the gifts and anointing of the mother church are superseded by the awesome powers of the kingdom! The ministry of the mother church being the so-called five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and lastly, teachers. Teachers being the last functions of the feminine spirit of the mother church which is intercepted by the masculine spirit of the Son which has been delivered from her through the many days of her 'travailing in birth pangs to be delivered of her man-child'. This last function of the mother church which is teaching is bringing forth the last message; it is the message of the kingdom!
In essence, we find a transition here from verse 11 into verse 13. That is, the five-fold-ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers were placed in the church ( until ) we all come into the knowledge of The Son of God , unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: That we be no longer tossed about with doctrines of men, but speaking the truth in love we grow up into Him who is our Headship Body. The ( mother ) church, being feminine in nature, could never accomplish the functions of a Son. One must be delivered from the feminine attributes of the mother before he can function in the masculine spirit of the Son to rule and bruise the head of the serpent. This transition here is so very essential to our spiritual growth into matured sons of God! One does not come under the ' chastening ' of a son until he comes into the spirit of The Son by being ' word-born ' . ( see 1st. Peter 1; 23. )............, being born again, not of corruptible seed; but of ( IN-corruptible) : BY THE WORD OF GOD WHICH LIVETH AND ABIDETH FOREVER!!!!
There is a vast difference in a 'saint' and a ' son '. The five-fold-ministry was placed in the mother church ' for the perfecting of the saints; a son is ' conformed' by a 'word-birth' into the very image of his creator! Listen to me! It is the incarnated Word of God that liveth and abideth forever; Prophecies and tongues shall cease, ages and ages shall roll on, only the Word will remain!
It is by being 'Word-born' that ' this 'mortal' can put-on ( IM-mortality. ) It is only by being Word-born that this corruption can put-on IN-corruption. Being ' born-again ' the apostle said, of an IN-corruptible seed that liveth and abideth forever! Praise God! We are 'conceived into the mother church by a spiritual 'baptism' according to 1st. Corinthians ch 12, ver. 13. This 'conception' came at Pentecost and has been in a stage of 'formation' for birth down through the church ages as she brings forth the many-membered Body of Christ, The Bridegroom.
Today many are still embryos in the spiritual womb, some will be aborted through the cares of life in this endtime age. Some will come to an ' untimely-birth ' and because of a mal-functioning nature will be cast out of the kingdom! Sin grows out of bounds and beyond measure as it keeps pace with its spiritual counter-part, the spiritual abortion within the mother church! Only that which is ' Word-born will stand in the evil days ahead. Remember. It is the 'seed of the woman' which bruises the head of the serpent! We are in a 'translation' Being delivered from the status of 'sainthood' into the great deliverance of 'Sonship'! Wherein we cry out; Abba Father!!! Only one who has come into Sonship can cry Abba Father to Almighty God; only sons are joint-heirs!
It is the will of God in this endtime age to bring this people into 'the measure of full-stature of Christ' God is not working to save the world in this age; Rather He is among us to perfect and conform the many-membered Christ Body into its God-image!
Those who are not coming into this 'Christ-formation' is missing the mark of high-calling in Christ! We are 'ceasing from our own works as He does His work through us, and in us and all around us! It is by our obedience to God that we have power over the circumstances and trials in our life. If we are fully obedient to God then God's power takes over all the obstacles in our life however small or major they may be. Distance and time has no bearing on this overcoming power which God has invested in you! "Your world which is topsy-turvy because of your disobedience can be adjusted and controlled only by your complete surrender to God's will.
We are His temple and from this temple He will set up His kingdom! The Body of Christ is a flesh and bone Body on earth! There is neither male or female in this Body; We are made up of both male and female (as these two become one!)
The apostle said that this was a great mystery! In fact it is such a 'great-mystery' that human eyes alone cannot see or understand it; we must acquire the eyes of the learned, the eye of flesh must become enhanced with spiritual lenses! Then we shall be as Abraham was; 'as far as the eye can see, I will give you' , saith the Lord! How far can you see? Can you see beyond the past age of 'perfected saints' into the glories of 'Sonship'? ( back to our text; Ephesians ch 4 ver. 11/ 13.) Here, we come out from under the tutoring of the five-fold ministry and come into the 'knowledge of The Son' into a perfect man who is in the full-stature of Christ; A MANY-MEMBERED MAN!( VER. 22/23/24) Here, we find we have 'put-off the old man' and our minds have been renewed and we have 'put-on the new man'. This is our translation! It is here that the old things pass away and ; Look! (behold) all things have become new! Man in general has read these scriptures he has heard them quoted and explained, but he has never allowed them to become a living, activated power in his life to where he comes into an actual transformation of putting-on the new man.
He stays in the same old corner, teaching the same message, going through the same old formalities until he is so spiritually impoverished he is dying of spiritual mal-nutrition! He is in a state of mal-function where he cannot walk, he crawls, he cannot speak, he jabbers, he cannot stand, he stoops! How can he teach another when his speech is slurred? How can he feed another when he is in dire need himself? HE SINGS ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHERS; 'I SHALL NOT BE MOVED! He sings about the 'old' rugged cross; how about the 'new' rugged cross which stands in his everyday life and which he knows nothing about? He sings; There's power in the blood, when he knows nothing of its operating powers in his life! ( Sprinkling of blood? What's that?)
We speak to this man many times! We tell him of a great transformation, a great translation and transfiguration where God is to 'change our vile bodies and fashion them like unto His glorious body! ( see Philippians ch 3; ver. 21.) We tell him about being translated into the Son-kingdom according to Col. ch. 1; ver. 13; We tell him that 'we are dead and our life is hid with Christ in God' according to Col. 3;3. But we find that he 'has ears to hear and he hears not' ; 'eyes he has to see, but he sees not' he is like the prophet Isaiah said; 'they grope for the wall like the blind with no eyes, they stumble in the noonday light as if it were night; they stand in desolate places as dead men'! ( see Isaiah ch 59; 10).The religious world today is the 'blind man' ; he cannot see beyond the dead rituals of a past age into the transformation of Sonship.
This transformation from ver. 11 to ver. 13 in Ephesians ch 4, is an endtime transition which could not have come about until this age of consummation. We are in a time when the old is being removed and the new is coming into its prepared position!
Behold! Look! The old things are passing away! Well praise God they are passing away so the 'new' can be established! Behold! Look! All things are becoming new! What things are passing away and just what things are becoming new?? The old order of 'seeing in part, through a glass-darkly' is passing away! A NEW LIGHT NOW SHINETH! HOLY, HOLY, HOLY! The old drudgery and order of the day 'status-quo' is giving way to a world of spontaneous glory as we come into the realms of The New Jerusalem according to Hebrews ch 12; ver. 22/23/24.
This great transition brings us into a time which the prophet Isaiah said would be a time of restoration; 'waters shall break forth in the desert and the parched ground shall become a pool' The prophet Isaiah said; 'the days of thy mourning shall end and thou shalt inherit the land forever and you shall build again the old waste places and raise up the former desolations and repair the cities; the stranger shall feed your flock and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vine dresser! There shall be everlasting joy to this people who allow God to bring them into a place of passing from the old age into the new day of restoration of all things.
The parallels of our counterpart are running full speed bringing world events into full consummation as it strives to create a counterfeit utopia to conflict with the glories of the kingdom. It is a parallel which brings humanity to its knees in the days ahead as it comes under the judgments of God and the fire of His wrath. And so we plead with you who have a desire to see and understand ; consider every word , seek truth in this last hour! BEHOLD! THE OLD IS PASSING A WAY WITH THE TIDE OF HIS JUDGMENTS AND BEHOLD ALL THINGS ARE BECOMING NEW! WE ARE NOW IN A GREAT TRANSITION FROM DARKNESS INTO LIGHT; FROM DEATH TO LIFE! COME LET US REASON TOGETHER! LET US STUDY TO SEE 'IF THIS BE TRUE!
