INVISIBLE THINGS OF HIM
THE CREATION SHOWS THE GODHEAD

Romans 1:20 ; says: For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen; being understood by the things that are made even his eternal power and Godhead so that people are without excuse.

I once took what they called an integral calculus math class. They started out to make a sphere by the process of integration. We know that a sphere or any other object has three dimensions. In fact, all matter throughout the universe has three dimensions.

So in order to make a sphere we start out with the first dimension. What does the first dimension look like? Have you ever seen any thing with only one dimension? No one ever has. There is no such thing in the material universe. But we must start out with an imaginary dimension in order to come up with our sphere. My calculus teacher said the 1st dimension we start with for our integration is imaginary one. It cannot be seen, touched, or felt. We just have to start with it. This dimension is a perfect example of the first member of the Godhead. It is a perfect example of God the creator of all things. We cannot touch him or feel him, no one has ever seen him but he has to exist, otherwise, there would never have been anything created. So this first dimension shows fourth God the creator.

Now, if we sweep this dimension or vector around we enclose a circle that now has length X width. We can see it, touch it, and feel it. It exists as an area.

This is a perfect example of Jesus Christ the 2nd member of the Godhead. His apostles could see, touch, and feel him. He existed in this world.
Now if we stand our circle on it’s side and sweep it around, it will enclose a third dimension called depth. It is now a 3rd dimensional object called a sphere. It is an object of length, width, and also depth.

This last dimension is a perfect example of the 3rd member of the Godhead, the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost brings in the many membered body of Jesus Christ. Now the creation is complete. It consists of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the family of sons brought into the Godhead by the Holy Ghost. This writer believes this was the purpose of the whole creation. Ephesians 4:13 says that Jesus and his son body is the fullness of Jesus Christ.

So we see that the entire creation is made up of matter. And we know that matter throughout the universe is made up of three dimensions, length, width and depth. We now know why the things that God made show his mighty power. We see his power by infinite vastness of the universe. We also see why the things that are made show what the Godhead is. We know by just looking at the things all about us that they show that there are 3 members of the Godhead not just one. We know that everything that exists in the universe has three dimensions. This clearly indicates why the author of Romans chapter 1 verse 20 shows us that the things that are made are direct types and shadows of the godhead.

Not only does every thing in the universe have three dimensions there is another way that the number three shows up in the make up of matter. We also know that all compounds that are made up of atoms will also exist in three states. For instance water exists as a liquid in it’s natural state but it also can exist in a solid state called ice. It also, when heated, to a certain point becomes a gas or vapor. Carbon dioxide which is a gas in its natural state can also be changed to a solid or a liquid when we lower the temperature. Iron is a solid in its natural state but if heated it will become a liquid and if superheated it becomes a gas. This is a fact for all compounds throughout the universe. So we can see by these things that the things that are made do represent the 3 members of the Godhead. Our God is awesome, powerful, and omnipotent. Not only do the scriptures show his purposes but the creation does also. Praise his great name!!.

There is one more scripture that I would like to add to this tract. It is found in 1st John Chapter 2 verse 22 and 23. It says: Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is the antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father (but) He that acknowledges the son hath the Father also. This scripture definitely backs up the scripture that says the very creation shows fourth the three members of the Godhead. This shows us that those who deny that there are three members in the Godhead are the antichrist.
